NB! According to the agreement between BRUX and Venipak, parcels are delivered to customers via express delivery directly to their home. If the order is redirected to a parcel locker by the customer without authorization, BRUX FOOD OÜ is not responsible for the product quality. In such cases, we cannot guarantee that the ordered goods will still be frozen upon delivery.

All our deliveries are carried out in accordance with EU food safety regulations, keeping the products frozen throughout the delivery.

If the customer redirects the parcel to a parcel locker or postpones the delivery date, they are responsible for ensuring the proper storage of the order. The parcel must be received on the day of delivery. If delivery is postponed or the parcel is collected later, the goods may thaw, and the seller is not liable for any damage resulting from this.

Orders can be picked up from Monday to Thursday between 9:00 and 14:00. Orders must be placed by 13:30 to be eligible for same-day pickup. Pick-up takes place from loading dock 10. Once you arrive, please call the warehouse phone and provide your order number. Your order will be prepared and brought to the loading dock within a few minutes.

Note: No separate confirmation will be sent for warehouse pickup – once the order is placed, you can come collect it during the designated pick-up hours.

SUBSCRIPTION SHIPPING

If my BRUX subscription renews on tuesday, when will I receive my order?

Your subscription will be packed on Wednesday and will be delivered on Thursday.  We always need at least 1 working day to pack the order and then it will go out for delivery the next possible working day and will be delivered in 24h after departing our warehouse.

..but if my BRUX subscription renews on Thursday?

So usually we would pack the orders on the following day. But as the next courier pickup is on Monday evening.We will pack your order on Monday, and it will be delivered you on Tuesday.
